Johnny B Good
President

Turtle Bay IT Services
Before moving to Lake Country, my family and I lived in Brantford, Ontario, where I worked for the School Board. Upon our relocation to Lake Country in 2017, I quickly identified a need for IT support in the area. This led me to found Turtle Bay IT Services in 2018, leveraging over 20 years of experience in the IT field. In addition to running my business, I am deeply committed to community initiatives. I launched the junior program at Kelowna Crows and established the TORA rugby society. My background includes over 20 years of IT experience, having worked as a Computer Technician and a Business Analyst for a decade. I thrive on finding straightforward, practical solutions to IT issues and am passionate about helping people maximize their use of technology. When I'm not immersed in IT work, you'll often find me involved in the rugby community. Volunteering is a significant part of my life, and Turtle Bay IT Services embodies this commitment by providing no-cost IT support to non-profits in Lake Country. It's incredibly fulfilling to know that I'm not just building a business but also making a meaningful impact in my community.

Blaine Rhymer
Treasurer

Retired Insurance Professional
In Winnipeg MB I owned and operated a medium-sized general insurance agency for 23 years, specializing in homeowners, auto, and small business insurance coverages. I moved to Lake Country 8 years ago and continue to truly appreciate and enjoy all that the Okanagan has to offer. I have been involved with our local Chamber of Commerce for the past 5+ years. Firstly, as a volunteer, then as a Director at Large and most recently as the Treasurer. I feel fortunate to have been able to contribute my talents wherever needed to our Chamber’s numerous activities and projects over the years. A couple of my favorites are our Breakfast Club, our Business After Hours events and our yearly Visitors Guide. It’s given me the opportunity to meet and find out more about our local diverse business community.
I also find working with young people fun and invigorating. Over the past 6 years, I have presented/taught numerous Junior Achievement programs in our local schools and also have participated in several Grade 12 CAPSTONE student career-life development programs.

I have a passion for the outdoors and all the amazing activities that are available in the Okanagan, especially what we have to offer here in Lake Country from water to wineries and mountain tops. I joined the chamber to be apart of the growth of our amazing community and to see where we are able to take Lake Country over the years.

Edward Jones Financial Advisor
I have lived in the Okanagan since 2004. I graduated from the University of British Columbia Okanagan campus in 2017 with a major in English and minor in sociology. I have completed CSC, CPH, and LLQP certification to serve my clients investment, portfolio construction, and protection needs. I utilize my specialization in communications to effectively advise my clients on creating strong financial foundations. Single origin black coffee, Black Sage Bench Syrah, a perfectly struck drive from an elevated tee-box, a backyard filled with friends and family having drinks late into the evening, these are some of my favourite things (and a reference to my mom's favourite movie, The Sound of Music).
